July 8th Specials

This weekend we have USDA Prime Ribeye, Strip Steaks, and Sirloin Tips cut to order. We also have fresh Yellowfin Tuna Loins, Fresh Monkfish, Fresh Salmon Fillets from the Gulf of Maine, and Wild Caught Sea Scallops. And we have re-stocked our in-house made sausages, including Cheddar Bratwurst, Maple Breakfast links, and Hot and Sweet Italian sausages.

Memorial Day Weekend Sales

For Memorial Day weekend we will be offering our marinated beef tips, chicken breast, and pork loin. We’ll also have Vermont burgers, fresh sausage, our very own bacon, and jerky!

New Marinade flavors include Maple Bourbon, Cherry Chipotle, Butter Garlic, Mesquite, Teriyaki, and Cajun.

Marinate Steak Tips & Honey BBQ Bacon!

We are now carrying our own recipe Black Diamond Style Marinated Steak Tips as well as Spicy Honey Garlic Steak Tips made with Frank’s Stingin’ Honey Garlic Sauce. We also have our regular bacon, Uncured Bacon, Peppered Bacon, and Honey BBQ Bacon.
