At Orange Custom Game Processing, we believe in providing clear and fair pricing for our comprehensive range of livestock and wild game processing services. Please find our detailed price list below, effective from July 2025. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and value to all our customers.
Domestic Livestock Processing Services
We offer both commercial and custom processing for domestic livestock. Our team is equipped to handle your needs with professionalism and expertise.
Commercial Processing
For businesses requiring commercial processing services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will be pleased to discuss your specific volume and requirements and provide you with a tailored quote for our current commercial processing rates.
Custom Livestock Processing (Not for Sale)
Our custom livestock processing services are designed for individuals who require meat processing for personal use. All meat processed under this category is clearly labeled “not for sale” in accordance with regulations. We ensure meticulous handling and packaging, with all custom livestock processing prices including high-quality vacuum-sealed packaging to maintain freshness.
- Beef Processing: $0.95 per pound.
- Lamb, Sheep, and Goat Processing: $0.95 per pound, with an $80 minimum charge per animal.
- Pork Processing: $0.95 per pound.
- Smoked Bacon (with carcass processing): An additional $1.50 per pound.
- Smoked Ham (with carcass processing): An additional $1.50 per pound.
- Uncured Smoking (using natural cure agents, with carcass processing): An additional $2.50 per pound.
- Sausage (fresh, with carcass processing):
- Bulk Sausage: An additional $0.75 per pound.
- Linked Sausage: An additional $1.50 per pound.
- Smoked Sausage: An additional $2.00 per pound.
Additional Processing Services (for bulk meat or separate orders)
- Smoking Services: $2.25 per pound. This price includes professional slicing and packaging.
- Uncured Smoking (using natural cure agents): $3.35 per pound. This price also includes slicing and packaging.
- Sausage Making (from provided meat):
- Bulk Sausage: $1.00 per pound.
- Linked Sausage: $2.00 per pound.
- Smoked Sausage: $2.75 per pound.
- Jerky Production: $6.00 per pound. Please note that approximately five pounds of fresh meat yields about two pounds of delicious jerky.
- Snack Stick Production: $5.00 per pound.
- Summer Sausage Production: $4.50 per pound.
- Summer Sausage with Cheese: An additional $1.50 per pound, making it $6.00 per pound.
Expert Wild Game Processing Services
We specialize in processing a variety of wild game, ensuring your harvest is handled with care and expertise.
- Antlerless Deer Processing: $165 per animal.
- Buck Processing : $195 per animal.
- Bone-In Wild Game Processing: $95 per animal.
- Bulk Wild Game Meat Processing: $0.95 per pound.
- Bear Processing: $0.95 per pound, with a $100 minimum charge per animal. (Weight is calculated after the head, hide, and feet are removed).
- Moose Processing: $0.95 per pound. (Weight is calculated after the head, hide, and feet are removed).
Enhancements for Your Wild Game Grinds
- Add 10% Pork or Beef Fat: An additional $2.00 per pound for the pork or beef fat used.
- Add 10% Bacon: An additional $4.00 per pound for the bacon used.
Fresh Wild Game Sausage
We offer fresh sausage making for your wild game, available at $1.00 per pound for bulk-packed sausage and $2.00 per pound for casing links. There is a 5-pound minimum order per flavor.
Available Sausage Flavors: Choose from our delicious selection, including Country Breakfast, Maple Breakfast, Maple Habanero, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, and classic Bratwurst.
Additional Wild Game Services
- Tenderized Steaks (Cubed Steak): An additional $0.50 per pound.
- Caping for Mount: $25 per animal.
- *Snack Sticks: $5.00 per pound, with a 5-pound minimum per flavor. Available flavors include Original, Pepperoni, Spicy, Teriyaki, and Honey BBQ.
- *Summer Sausage: $4.50 per pound, with a 5-pound minimum.
- Summer Sausage with Cheese: Add $1.50 per pound (total $6.00/lb), with a 5-pound minimum.
- *Venison Bacon: $15.00 per 5-pound batch.
- *Venison Hot Dogs: $5.00 per pound, with a 4-pound minimum. (Note: Contains approximately 30% pork added for optimal texture and flavor).
- *Venison Bologna: $4.00 per pound, with a 4-pound minimum. (Note: Contains approximately 30% pork added).
- *Venison Smoked Kielbasa: $4.00 per pound, with a 4-pound minimum. (Note: Contains approximately 30% pork added).
*Notice to Our Wild Game Customers:
Smoked venison products are not produced between September and December due to our busy deer processing season.
We’ll resume smoked venison production in January, once game processing slows down.

Important Notes on Animal Condition
To ensure the highest quality processing, animals that are not properly field-dressed may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $25. Please be aware that we are unable to accept deer that were not field-dressed on the same day they were harvested.
We kindly remind all our hunters and customers to always treat their harvested game like the valuable food source it is. Proper handling from the field to our facility is crucial for the best results.
